Title
Gunterville, ad valorem tax, authorized to levy add'l for public schools, referendum
Description
To authorize the City Council of the City of Guntersville in Marshall County, pursuant to Amendment No. 373 of the Constitution of Alabama 1901, as amended, to increase the rate of the city's special school ad valorem tax levied and collected on all taxable property in the city authorized pursuant to the applicable provisions of the general laws of this state and pursuant to the Constitution of Alabama of 1901, as amended, by an additional amount up to 9 mills on each dollar ($0.90 on each one hundred dollars) of assessed value, to be used exclusively for capital outlay or debt service for public schools.
