Description
Relating to Sumter County; to amend Sections 1, 2, and 3 of Act 2464 of the 1971 Regular Session (Acts 1971, p. 3929), as amended by Act 79-730, 1979 Regular Session (Acts 1979, p. 1299) and as last amended by Act 97-247 of the 1997 Regular Session (Acts 1997, p. 429), providing for the issuance fee and distribution of the fee for pistol permits issued by the sheriff; to increase the fee and provide further for the distribution of the fee.
