- Supervision of violent offenders, to require electronic monitoring for inmates on work release in certain circumstances, Sec. 14-8-2 am'd.
- Description
Under existing law, certain inmates are eligible for work release.
This bill would provide that to be eligible for work release, inmates convicted of a violent offense shall be subject to electronic monitoring.
This bill would also make nonsubstantive, technical revisions to update the existing code language to current style.
