Title: Conservation and Natural Resources Dept., disabled veteran lifetime hunting and fishing licenses, fees, disposition, Sec. 9-11-65.3 added.
Description: Under existing law, the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources does not offer a lifetime hunting or fishing license to disabled U.S. military veterans for a reduced price.
This bill would provide for the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources to issue lifetime hunting and fishing licenses at a reduced price to qualified disabled U.S. military veterans who reside in Alabama and meet the certain conditions.
