Bill Summary
Under existing law, the Division of the Society of American Foresters nominates foresters to succeed members of the State Board of Registration for Foresters at the end of their terms
This bill would assign the responsibility of nominating successor members of the State Board of Registration for Foresters to both the Division of the Society of American Foresters and any active state forestry organization meeting certain criteria established by the board
Relating to foresters; to amend Section 34-12-30, Code of Alabama 1975, to assign the responsibility of nominating successor members of the State Board of Registration for Foresters to both the Division of the Society of American Foresters and any active state forestry organization meeting certain criteria established by the board.
