<p class="bill_description"> Under existing law, the Wilcox County Board
of Registrars may meet a maximum of 120 working
days each fiscal year</p><p class="bill_description">
This bill would increase the maximum number
of working days the board may meet each fiscal
year</p><p class="bill_entitled_an_act"> Relating to boards of registrars; to amend Section
17-3-8, Code of Alabama 1975, as last amended by Act 2019-439
of the 2019 Regular Session and Act 2020-113 of the 2020
Regular Session, to increase the maximum number of working
days the Wilcox County Board of Registrars may meet each
fiscal year.
