This bill would authorize the city council of a Class 5 municipality organized under Chapter 43D of the Code of Alabama 1975, to provide for clerical assistance to the council

Relating to any Class 5 municipality organized under Chapter 43D of the Code of Alabama 1975; to amend Section 11-43D-14 of the Code of Alabama 1975, to authorize the city council by ordinance to provide for the employment of clerical assistants for the council.
