This bill would make legislative findings concerning Cheaha Road in Talladega, Clay, and Cleburne Counties as a scenic highway to Cheaha State Park and would provide that Cheaha Road would be transferred to the jurisdiction and control of the State Department of Transportation and designated as a state scenic highway.
