Cheaha Road in Talladega, Clay, and Cleburne Counties, road to Cheaha State Park, transferred to Transportation Dept. jurisdiction as state highway
Description
<p class="bill_description"> This bill would make legislative findings
concerning Cheaha Road in Talladega, Clay, and
Cleburne Counties as a scenic highway to Cheaha
State Park and would provide that Cheaha Road would
be transferred to the jurisdiction and control of
the State Department of Transportation and
designated as a state scenic highway</p><p class="bill_entitled_an_act"> Relating to Cheaha Road in Talladega, Clay, and
Cleburne Counties; to make legislative findings; and to
provide that Cheaha Road would be transferred to the
jurisdiction and control of the State Department of
Transportation as a state scenic highway.
