<p class="bill_description"> Under existing law, the Board of Examiners
of Assisted Living Administrators is responsible
for the regulation and licensing of administrators
of assisted living facilities in the state</p><p class="bill_description">
This bill would revise the membership of the
board and the process for appointing members to the
board</p><p class="bill_entitled_an_act"> Relating to the Board of Examiners of Assisted
Living Administrators; to amend Section 34-2A-3, Code of
Alabama 1975; to revise the membership and the process for
appointing members to the board.
