HB56 extends the Alabama State Board of Podiatry and its governing statutes through October 1, 2025 under the Sunset Law.
The bill keeps the State Board of Podiatry in existence and continues its regulatory functions through Oct. 1, 2025, preserving the related code sections (34-24-230 to 34-24-276). It follows the Sunset Committee's recommendation to renew the board. It becomes law immediately once signed by the governor.
