Title
Pike Road, ad valorem tax, add'l tax authorized to be levied by Montgomery County Commission for Pike Rd. School District, const. amend.
Description
Relating to Montgomery County, Alabama, and particularly to the Pike Road School Tax District (the area within the City of Pike Road, Alabama) in said County; to provide for the levy in said District of an additional 25.5 mills of ad valorem school district taxation effective simultaneously with the expiration of 6.5 mills of a separate ad valorem school district tax, so as to produce a net increase of 19 mills of ad valorem school district taxation in said District, subject to approval of the levy of said additional school district taxation by a majority of the qualified electors of said District voting at a special election to be held in said District therefor pursuant to the laws governing special elections.
