Under existing law, the President Pro Tempore of the Senate is an ex officio member of the Sunset Committee
This bill would authorize the President Pro Tempore of the Senate to appoint a designee to serve on the committee in his or her place
Relating to the Sunset Committee; to amend Section 41-20-4, Code of Alabama 1975, to authorize the President Pro Tempore of the Senate to appoint a designee to serve on the committee in his or her place.
