<p class="bill_description"> Under existing law, the maximum vehicle
width restriction for vehicles operating on state
highways is contingent upon the width of the public

This bill would provide for a uniform
maximum vehicle width restriction for vehicles
operating on state highways</p><p class="bill_entitled_an_act"> Relating to motor vehicles; to amend Section
32-9-20, Code of Alabama 1975, to provide for a uniform
maximum vehicle width restriction for vehicles operating on
state highways.
