- Description
Under existing local law, the Cullman County Superintendent of Education is appointed by the members of the Cullman County Board of Education.
This bill would propose an amendment to the Constitution of Alabama of 1901, to provide that the Cullman County Superintendent of Education shall be elected by the qualified voters of the county.
