Regular Session 2021
Title
Motor vehicle dealers and motorcycle dealer, used vehicle license plates, combined total increased, Sec. 40-12-264 am'd.
Description

Under current law, a licensed used motor vehicle dealer may purchase a maximum combined total of five motor vehicle dealer and motorcycle dealer license plates unless the dealer completed 300 or more title transfer applications during the preceding dealer license year.
