Description
Relating to Shelby County; to amend Section 23 of Act 79-524, 1979 Regular Session (Acts 1979, p. 935), as last amended by Act 2007-482, relating to the personnel board for county law enforcement officers, to further provide for the amount of proceeds the board may receive from the tax imposed on beer or malt or brewed beverages to assure the operation of the personnel system for the recruitment and retention of employees of the sheriff's office.
