Title
Lowndes County, coroner, expense allowance increased, Sec. 45-43-60 am'd.
Description
Relating to Lowndes County; to amend Section 45-43-60, Code of Alabama 1975; to increase the monthly expense allowance of the coroner and delete provisions providing for compensation of the coroner on a per inquest basis; to provide for cost-of-living increases for the coroner's compensation; and to provide for reimbursement for supplies relating to official coroner duties.
