Description

Existing law authorizes the Board of Trustees of Alabama State University to participate in meetings by electronic means, but requires a majority of a quorum of the board or of the relevant committee or subcommittee to be physically present at the physical location of the meeting.

This bill would remove the requirement that a majority of a quorum of the board be physically present during meetings conducted by electronic means.
