Title
Jefferson Co., municipality or municipal utility system, boards, mayor, service as superintendent of utility, salary increased, authorize under Sec. 11-43-80, Code of Alabama 1975, Act 258, 1975 Reg. Sess. am'd.
Description

Relating to Jefferson County; to amend Section 1 of Act 258 of the 1975 Regular Session (Acts 1975, p. 792), authorizing a municipality, municipal board, or municipal public corporation in the county employing the mayor to serve as superintendent of a municipal utility system or systems, to set an additional salary for the mayor for his or her service; to further authorize the salary of the mayor employed as superintendent of a utility system or systems to be set pursuant to Section 11-43-80, Code of Alabama 1975, notwithstanding the other provisions of this act.
