It authorizes airport authorities to participate in or establish corporations, partnerships, joint ventures, subsidiaries, and other lawful business entities related to airport operations and land acquisitions; it allows them to create or support entities for-profit or nonprofit and to arrange loans, capital contributions, and other debt and equity financing, including guarantees. It permits the authority to participate as general or limited partners, shareholders, or members. It also specifies that any entity created under this section will not have eminent domain power. The act becomes effective June 1, 2024.
