House Boards, Agencies and Commissions Hearing
Room 123 AGENDA CHANGED at 10:30:00

The Alabama Electronic Security Board of Licensure is continued until October 1, 2028.
The bill extends the board’s existence and authority under the Alabama Sunset Law until October 1, 2028. It preserves the board’s enabling laws in Chapter 1A of Title 34 of the Alabama Code, so current licensure and regulation continue. The Legislature agrees with the Sunset Committee’s recommendation to continue the board. The act becomes effective on June 1, 2024.
