SB126 extends the Alabama Liquified Petroleum Gas Board’s existence and regulatory authority until October 1, 2028.
The bill keeps the LPG Board in operation for four more years and continues its regulatory functions. It confirms that the relevant LPG board statutes remain in effect and preserved. The Sunset Committee’s recommendation to continue the board is accepted by the Legislature, and the measure takes effect June 1, 2024.
