- Description
This bill requires appropriations totaling $475,470,075 from the Education Trust Fund to Tuskegee University in Tuskegee, Alabama beginning with the fiscal year ending September 30, 2025 and continuing into the fiscal year ending September 30, 2035 to compensate the university for the lack of match funding needed for federal formula funding made available to land-grant universities from 1987 through 2020.
