Description

Under existing law, the Board of Pardons and Paroles may not share electronic monitoring GPS data with local law enforcement agencies.

This bill would authorize the Board of Pardons and Paroles to share electronic monitoring GPS data with local law enforcement agencies under certain circumstances.
