Title
County board of education; term of office changed from six to four years, local constitutional amendment proposed
Description

Under existing law, members of county boards of education are elected for terms of six years.

This bill would propose an amendment to the Constitution of Alabama of 2022, relating to Crenshaw County, to provide that the members of the county board of education shall serve four-year terms of office.
