Title: Crimes and offenses; conviction of illegal alien; sentence enhanced
Description: This bill would provide that a criminal defendant who is an illegal alien who is convicted of a felony offense must receive an enhanced sentence.
This bill would also provide that a criminal defendant who is an illegal alien who is convicted of a misdemeanor where the victim was a minor shall be sentenced to a Class C felony.
