- Description
Under existing law, the construction plans for a single family residence with a total area of less than 2,500 square feet does not need the approval of a registered architect.
This bill would prohibit any county and certain municipalities from requiring the approval of a registered architect or professional engineer on plans for the construction of a single family residence under three stories in height.
