Title

State government, governmental bodies and governmental entities prohibited from purchasing or using certain unmanned aircraft systems

Description

This bill would prohibit a governmental body or governmental entity from purchasing or using an unmanned aircraft system manufactured in a foreign adversary, manufactured or sold by a company with certain relations to a foreign adversary, or that contains at least 50 percent of its parts or components connected to a company with certain relations to a foreign adversary.
