- Liquified petroleum gas; filling, storing cylinders within certain distance of gathering places prohibited
- Description
Under existing law, the filling and distributing of liquefied petroleum gas is regulated by the Alabama Liquefied Petroleum Gas Board.
This bill would prohibit permitees of the board from filling or storing LP-Gas cylinders for retail sale within a certain distance of public gathering places.
