- Revised Uniform Athlete Agents Act; designee for Secretary of State on Alabama Athlete Agents Commission authorized
- Description
Under existing law, the Alabama Athlete Agents Commission is composed of the Secretary of State and 18 other members.
This bill would authorize the Secretary of State to designate an individual to serve in his her place on the commission.
This bill would also make nonsubstantive, technical revisions to update the existing code language to current style.
