Senate Education Policy Hearing
Room 320 at 09:00:00

Under existing law, board of education personnel vacancies involving jobs that are supervisory, managerial, or otherwise newly created positions require the posting of notices for at least 14 calendar days when schools are in session.
This bill would reduce the notice requirement to seven calendar days.
This bill would also make nonsubstantive, technical revisions to update the existing code language to current style.
