Title
Community development district; 2025 act repealed, which authorized annexation of certain district by a wet municipality
Description

Under existing law, a community development district may be created within a dry county, which permits the sale of alcoholic beverages within that district.

This bill would repeal Act 2025-294, which had authorized the annexation of a certain type of community development district by a wet municipality in the county where the district is situated.
