Under existing law, the Commission on Uniform State Laws consists of members of the bar, a member of the Senate, a member of the House of Representatives, as well as the Deputy Director of the Law Revision Division and Director of the Legislative Services Agency.
This bill would provide for the President Pro Tempore of the Senate to appoint the Senate member to the commission.
