- Description
Existing law requires owners of manufactured homes to apply with the Alabama Department of Revenue for a manufactured home certificate of title unless the manufactured homes are designated as model years 1999 or earlier.
This bill would authorize the Alabama Department of Revenue to issue certificates of title to current owners of manufactured homes designated as model year 1999 or earlier upon the owner's application.
