This bill would recreate the Alabama Commission on the Evaluation of Services as a legislative department and substantially revise provisions governing the operation of the commission.
This bill would provide for the appointment of the director of the commission and revise and clarify certain duties of the commission.
This bill would also establish the Legislative Committee on the Evaluation of Services to supervise and control the commission.
