This bill would prohibit a principal campaign committee, political action committee, or political party from accepting campaign contributions made with a credit card via the Internet unless the contributor provides the credit card verification value or code and the billing address associated with the credit card is located in the United States, with exceptions made for contributions from U.S. citizens located outside the United States in certain circumstances.
