Chris Callaghan is an attorney practicing in Mobile County. He currently sits as a Municipal Court Judge for the Cities of Jackson and Orange Beach, and serves as the special District Court Judge for Mobile County.
Prior to attending law school, Judge Callaghan served as a police officer and homicide detective. He has spent his life serving others and protecting his community.
Judge Callaghan believes that compassion for a need brings about commitment to a vision. His desire to become a judge was born out of his experiences in law enforcement. When he is elected as your next District Court Judge, Judge Callaghan will take all of his experience to the bench, and do everything in his power to keep our communities safe and violent offenders in jail.
Judge Callaghan is a husband and father of three children. He graduated from John Marshall Law School after receiving his Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from Liberty University.
Judge Callaghan is a Christian, Conservative, Republican candidate for the Mobile County District Court. In his three years as a municipal court judge, he has earned the respect and support of the police officers and attorneys who practice in his courtroom.
