Cynthia Stephenson-Donald is serving in her second term as councilwoman for District 3.
Donald is a product of the Bessemer City Schools system. She furthered her education at Miles College and the Birmingham Baptist Bible College. She has worked professionally with the JCCEO, UAB Research Tech and Trinity Health.
Her community involvement has included volunteering with the Red Cross Storm Relief, Neighborhood Watch, serving as an instructor the Jefferson County Congress of Christian Education, the Alabama State Congress of Christian Education and the Local Food Bank, Feed the Community at Shady Grove Baptist Church in Bessemer.
Donald is a member of Shady Grove Baptist Church.
