I am and always have been a conservative Christian and Republican.

I am not asking for, nor will I accept any monetary contributions toward my political campaign. This is because I never want to feel obligated to be a contributor. I have no self-serving motives or agenda whatsoever for running for the District 13 representative. I am not a member of any special interest groups or organizations, nor do I sit on any boards or represent any institution in any capacity. Without exception, my loyalty and allegiance will be sole to the people of District 13 and the people of the state of Alabama.

I am totally self-funding my own campaign because I won’t allow donor money strings to make me their puppet or lap dog. I have no promoters, only the people of District 13 who want someone they can count on to do what’s best for us every time, not just occasionally.

In my opinion, any elected official or candidate should remain neutral with their affiliations so they can make unbiased and uninfluenced decisions that are in the best interest of the people. Not adhering to this principle is one reason why we have so much corruption in our government. I will never push my personal beliefs on anyone and will always listen with an open mind before making a decision. I will promote power to the people at every opportunity.

I have always had a passion for building and construction. I’m a retired contractor and home builder, property manager, and investor for 40+ years. I am the retired President and CEO of Southeastern Medical Properties, LLC, and now want to put this passion to work for the people of District 13 and the people of Alabama. I will devote 100% of my time to serving this office and none to advancing or promoting myself or a business. My ability to serve the people without any other personal or business obligations will allow me to be effective in this office.
