Jack H. Martin moved to Valley Head in 1991 and loves this little town. This is my third year as a councilman in the Town of Valley Head. He has been married to Susan Lowrey Martin for 16 years. He is a retired electrician who worked at Revere Copper & Brass in Scottsboro and US Pipe in Chattanooga. His desires as a councilman include helping to make Valley Head a better community.
