Monica Agee

I am a candidate for Jefferson County Circuit Court Judge Place 21, Civil Division. I've been serving the community as an attorney for over twenty years in state and federal courts, in civil and criminal matters. I know how important it is for people to be treated equally under the law. An Agee courtroom will be a level playing field for everybody. An impartial judiciary is the backbone of our democracy. I pledge to apply the law fairly and correctly in every single case, every single time. This will promote mutual respect among people and help to make all of our communities safer, healthier, and more peaceful places to live.
