Phadra Carson Foster, a Montgomery Public Schools graduate is committed to providing every child in our community with an ideal academic experience. As a proud parent of two MPS graduates, Phadra understands the importance of family-school partnerships. In her work as an educator, advocate, and community volunteer, she is guided by a philosophy of servant leadership, believing the adage that people don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care. Phadra is an experienced leader who is willing to listen and ready to work.
