Stephanie currently serves as the Director of Market Development with the KW Plastics Recycling Division. She believes her unique background in economic development, advocacy work, communications and strategic planning, along with her community involvement brings a unique perspective to the Council.

She is a graduate of Pike Liberal Arts School and Birmingham-Southern College. Before joining the recycling industry, Baker worked in economic development and communications. She has been recognized professionally and locally for her extensive involvement and leadership in her advocacy work.

Stephanie is married to Matt Baker with whom she has two daughters, Campbell and Sara Gray.
