Wanda Howard Moultry was born in Troy, Alabama. She has been employed by the Organized Community Action Program, Inc. (OCAP) for some 38 years. She holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Troy University. She is the mother of three children and “nana” to four beautiful granddaughters. She is a born-again Christian and enjoys serving the Lord.
Her ultimate prayer is to take full advantage of the opportunity the Lord has blessed her again with on the City Council by giving of her time and talents to serving the people in District 5. She knows that if her district progresses, then it will make the City of Troy, as a whole, a more wonderful and productive place to live and stay.
