Willis attends Zion #1 Baptist Church and has served as Recording Clerk, and is currently a deacon and church treasurer. He worked for 36 years with the Tennessee Valley Authority at Yellow Creek, Chemical Operations, Department of Defense and Wilson Hydro Plant, retiring in 2015. He was a member of the Muscle Shoals City School Board for 15 years. Willis enjoys cooking, hunting, exercising and listening to music.
