This bill would grant subpoena power to the commission
To amend Section 36-25-3, as amended by Act No. 2009-225, 2009 Regular Session (Acts 2009, p. 401), Code of Alabama 1975, relating to the State Ethics Commission, to grant subpoena power to the commission.
