Title
Motor vehicles, buses, length and width requirements, increased, operation of articulated motor buses authorized on state highways, Sec. 32-9-21 am'd.
Description

Existing law prohibits the operation of motor buses which exceed 40 feet in length on any highway in this state.

This bill would allow the operation of motor buses which do not exceed 45 feet in length on any highway in this state.

This bill would also provide that it would be lawful to operate an articulated motor bus which does not exceed 60 feet in length and eight and one-half feet in width on any highway in this state.
