This bill would propose an amendment to the Constitution of Alabama of 1901, relating to Etowah County, amending Amendment 235 to the Constitution of Alabama of 1901, now appearing as Local Amendments, Etowah County, Section 3, Official Recompilation of the Constitution of Alabama of 1901, as amended, to authorize the Legislature to fix, alter, and regulate court costs in the county.
