This bill provides for a minimum annual appropriation to the Alabama Agricultural Center Board beginning in FY 2012 and continuing only so long as a restoration, renovation and improvement agreement of at least $30 million is in place to renovate and rehabilitate Garrett Coliseum; and provides for use of the funds.
