To make an appropriation from the General Fund in the State Treasury to the Hope Unity Fund, Incorporated, in the amount of $1,000,000 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2010; and to specify the use of the funds appropriated to the Hope Unity Fund, Incorporated.
